Automobile Litigation Attorney
We are currently seeking an experienced Attorney with a focus on Automobile Defense Litigation to join an established team of legal professionals. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and a strong background in handling insurance coverage cases specific to auto.
Responsibilities:
Defend insurance companies in firstparty lawsuits.
Analyze insurance coverage
Conduct depositions, handle arbitrations, and/or participate in trials.
Provide counsel to clients on insurance related matters.
Demonstrate strong research and writing skills.
The firm is located in Livingston, NJ and currently operates under a hybrid work schedule, allowing flexibility for remote work.
Qualifications:
JD from an accredited Law School.
Admitted to practice in NJ
Minimum of 5 years of experience in automobile defense litigation.
Exceptional research and writing skills.
