The Opportunity We are seeking dedicated insurance customer service professionals to work in our Colorado office. As an Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will provide customer service, sales, and retention activities for USAA's Property & Casualty personal line products. Responsibilities: Provide customer service and sales support for insurance products Interact with members across multiple contact channels to provide advice and solutions Maintain required Property & Casualty (P&C) licenses and state registrations Ensure risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled Requirements: High School Diploma or GED equivalent 1 year of customer service experience in insurance, financial services, or relevant customer service and sales experience Acquire Property & Casualty (P&C) license before date of hire Ability to prioritize and multi-task while navigating through multiple business applications Preferred Qualifications: 1 year of customer contact experience in a needs-based sales environment Prior experience in a fast-paced contact center environment US military experience Training Schedule: Monday

• Friday 8hr shift within the hours of 9:30am

• 6:00pm. After training, work schedules will include both weekday and weekend hours.
