As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our clients and assisting with their insurance needs. Responsibilities: Assist clients with policy inquiries and changes Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person Provide quotes for new policies and coverage options Assist with policy renewals and updates Requirements:
