Insurance Customer Service Representative

What do our Customer Service Representatives do?

• Greet visitors, check appointments and direct them to the proper person or office

• Receive telephone calls incoming to the agency and refer call to the proper person or office

• Process all incoming mail as well prepare deposits (Whitley City only change out for other locations)

Do you have what it takes?

• 2+ years' experience in Customer Service

• PLEASE NOTE: This is an in-office position. Candidates must live within commutable distance of our Winchester, KY office

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

• Strong time management skills
