Insurance Coordinator

Physicians Hearing Network is the largest, fastest-growing provider of hearing healthcare, exclusive to physicians. We are headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, and seeking a full-time Insurance Coordinator to add to our corporate team.

This position will:

• Be responsible for completing insurance verifications in a timely manner
• Track all activity, appointments, orders, payments
• Enroll providers in commercial payor networks
• Maintain excellent relations and liaison between payors, clinics, and providers
• Support compliance, maintain confidentiality, exhibit ethics and integrity
• Answer phones, schedule appointments

Requirements

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Proven experience in a medical front desk or customer service role
• Vast experience in insurance verification

• Highly proficient in using Microsoft Office: word and Excel
• Proficient in using Dropbox
• Exemplary customer service
• Highly organized and professional
• High School diploma (or equivalent) required
