Job Responsibilities

  • Attend formal company orientation and training

  • Demonstrates a background and/or strong interest in the Financial Services industry.

  • A rising Junior or Senior in a full-time undergraduate program.

  • Maintain a GPA of at least 3.0

  • Strong candidates will possess strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.

  • A passion for the financial services industry is strongly preferred.

  • Candidates should reside in a commutable distance from the Ally location to which they are assigned.

  • Eligible to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship from the company.

POSITION: Graphic Design Intern DESCRIPTION: We are looking for a creative graphic designer with up-to-date knowledge to interpret our needs and to design solutions with high visual impact. You will work on a variety of projects, including monthly marketing promotions, websites, social media and one-off client requests. The Graphic Design Intern will report to the Senior Graphic Designer, work between 15 and 20 hours per week and earn $13 per hour for up to six months. INTERN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: You will work with the Marketing team to develop promotional materials (flyers, posters, brochures, social media content, etc…) that promote various programs or services. You will be using the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and the Microsoft Suite on the PC platform. * Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software * Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts * Work as part of a team with copywriters, designers, stylists, executives, etc… EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: This internship is best suited for college students or recent college graduates who have completed coursework in graphic design, marketing, visual arts or related fields or have acquired skills/experience in these areas through personal or professional endeavors. SKILLS, TRAINING & QUALIFICATIONS: The ideal candidate will have proficient experience using the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc….) and the Microsoft Suite on a PC platform. You must demonstrate enthusiasm and a profound interest in applying design concepts in an applied setting within Morrison Community Living and TouchPoint Support Services guidelines.
