The Insurance Benefits Senior Analyst will provide voluntary benefit services including onboarding, enrollment, maintenance, off boarding, billing remittance, and claims management.

THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN SAN ANTONIO, TX.

Key responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Leverage Accenture's health payor processes, best practices, and resources

  • Develop and manage internal and external customer relationships including situations in which no relationship previously existed

  • Perform simple to complex processes according to established business rules set by the client

  • Perform a range of tasks from complex to straightforward within the scope of the function

  • Assist in the identification, assessment and resolution of complex issues and problems

  • Decide within an available range of solutions/practices which are the most applicable

  • Seek advice and escalate issues when faced with tasks/problems outside normal scope of job

  • Assist supervisor with team activities including productivity reports and other operations related reports

  • Ensure that required service levels are met including turnaround time, productivity and accuracy

  • Make recommendations for quality and productivity improvements

  • Oversee and coordinate special projects as needed

Must be available for rotating schedule between 7 AM to 7 PM CT Monday-Friday

Position Description As the Sr. Risk Analyst, your data-driven analyses will support strategic business decisions for Ally's mortgage origination business and held-for-investment portfolio. You will leverage your experience, knowledge, and expertise to monitor and manage extent risks in addition to identifying emerging risk trends. As part of the team, you have a unique perspective on the risks associated with Ally Mortgage's product development and offerings. Ally's mortgage business is growing, giving you plenty of opportunities to drive strategic/big picture insights with your understanding of consumer trends and risk drivers. Job Responsibilities * Calculate loss expectations and reserves using statistical models and a suite of desktop business intelligence tools * Perform ad-hoc reporting and analytical deep-dives to support a fast-paced, growing mortgage business. * Use data-driven analytics to identify emerging and developing risk trends in the market and Ally's portfolio and provide recommendations on risk mitigation strategies. * Provide support across business lines and functional areas to ensure requests for mortgage risk reporting and analytics are satisfied. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree in Finance or related field preferred. * 5+ years of experience, preferably in Financial Services/Risk Management/Reporting and Analytics. * Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Effective written and verbal communication skills. * Experience in SQL or SAS coding across relational DB environments (e.g., Oracle, MS SQL Server, etc.). * Intermediate to advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Powerpoint applications. * Experience with Business Intelligence reporting tools such as PowerPivot, Tableau, etc. Ally Overview Ally Financial Inc.
