The Insurance Benefits Senior Analyst will provide voluntary benefit services including onboarding, enrollment, maintenance, off boarding, billing remittance, and claims management.

THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN SAN ANTONIO, TX.

Key responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Leverage Accenture's health payor processes, best practices, and resources

  • Develop and manage internal and external customer relationships including situations in which no relationship previously existed

  • Perform simple to complex processes according to established business rules set by the client

  • Perform a range of tasks from complex to straightforward within the scope of the function

  • Assist in the identification, assessment and resolution of complex issues and problems

  • Decide within an available range of solutions/practices which are the most applicable

  • Seek advice and escalate issues when faced with tasks/problems outside normal scope of job

  • Assist supervisor with team activities including productivity reports and other operations related reports

  • Ensure that required service levels are met including turnaround time, productivity and accuracy

  • Make recommendations for quality and productivity improvements

  • Oversee and coordinate special projects as needed

Job Requirement:

Must be available for rotating schedule between 7 AM to 7 PM CT Monday-Friday

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems Sector is currently seeking a Principal or Sr. Principal Financial Reporting Analyst to join our growing team of diverse professionals in McLean, Virginia. The selected candidate will become a part of our Sector Headquarters Financial Reporting team. This position will report to the Manager of Financial Reporting and assist in the monthly close process. This high impact role will work closely with sector, division, and program business management teams. Responsibilities: * Assists with the sector monthly and quarterly financial close deliverables * Coordinates and consolidates financial statements * Maintains month-end closing documentation * Assists with preparation of year-end financial reporting packages and tax packages * Prepares financial statement analytics and other quarterly management reports * Provides audit support related to SOX, internal, and external financial statement audits * Maintains the Financial Reporting department's SOX documentation and evidence of the operation of controls * Provides financial reporting support for other reporting projects as assigned * Assists in revenue recognition assessment and documentation This position can be filled at the Principal or Sr. Principal level. Basic Qualifications for Principal: * Must have one of the following: * Bachelor's degree in accounting or related discipline with a minimum of 6 years of finance experience * Master's degree in accounting or related discipline with a minimum of 4 years of finance experience * Experience with financial statements and general accounting principles * Experience with SAP, Business Warehouse, and/or Hyperion Financial Management * The ability to work on-site in McLean, Virginia Basic Qualifications for Sr. Principal: * Must have one of the following: * Bachelor's degree in accounting or related discipline with a minimum of 10 years of finance experience * Master's degree in accounting or related discipline with a minimum of 8 years of finance experience * Experience with financial statements and general accounting principles * Experience with SAP, Business Warehouse, and/or Hyperion Financial Management * The ability to work on-site in McLean, Virginia Preferred Qualifications: * Self-motivated, yet functions well in a team environment * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Excellent organizational and prioritization skills Northrop Grumman is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce.
