Instructor's Assistant Substitute

Lifesteps is hiring a Part-Time Substitute Instructor's Assistant to work at an Adult Training Facility in the Indiana area.

Position Summary:

An entry level position responsible for assisting the Senior Supervisor/Coordinator/Instructor/Program Specialist in carrying out program activities, observing and reporting performance of clients in a variety of situations, and maintaining a safe and clean environment. Help adults with disabilities with personal care, activities, pre-vocational skills, socialization, outings using the agency vehicle and cleaning.

This part-time position works a schedule of various hours and various days -- no weekends!

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

• High School Diploma/GED.

• Must be at least 18yrs of age or older

• Must be able to lift 200lbs with assistance

• Must be able to pass a background check and obtain clearance (Act 33, 34, 151)

• Must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance
