Instructor

Critical Business Analysis has an immediate need for a full-time Instructor/Technical Trainer. This position will be responsible for delivering technical instruction to new employees in the construction scheduling and schedule management in the power generation and transmission industry.

This position requires the ability to communicate effectively and have a strong attention for details. Experience teaching is a must. Familiarity with the electrical power and generation industry is helpful but not required.

Understanding how scheduling software works and being familiar with its use in the construction industry is preferred. Responsibilities Deliver technical training on a daily basis using mixed media. Deliver project scheduling training using primavera scheduling software.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, education or related field. Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a teacher, technical consultant, or trainer. Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar tools is preferred by not required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of construction processes, techniques and terminology is preferred but not required.
