POSITION DESCRIPTION
POSITION TITLE: Instructional Technology Coordinator
FLSA: Exempt Professional
REPORTS TO: Director of Curriculum and Talent Development
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 12-month based on school board approved calendar
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Three years of teaching experience
Background in Instructional technology
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Support the Kn - 12 team in identifying and implementing instructional tools effectively.
Participate in developing and implementing strategic plan for the school's blended learning model.
Leading the team in interpreting digital content and classroom formative data, aligning the data with digital tools in the most effective manner for personalized instructional use.
identifying, suggesting, training and modeling appropriate digital instructional strategies for teachers in response to students' data.
Prepare reports regarding student data usage, progress, and achievements.
Develop and maintain a digital library of model lessons, etc.
Work with the school technology team to determine best products and use of potential devices and software.
Develop, implement and assess procedures and processes to best meet the needs within the blended learning model.
Assist the technology team with troubleshooting and resolving low-priority technology issues.
Provide insight and assist in delivering and monitoring on-going professional development for the Kn-12 team.
Assess and find solutions to barriers to implementing blended learning with fidelity, develop and implement strategies to create a blended learning culture and regularly report to the Curriculum and Instruction team progress on blended learning indicators.

Knowledgeable and capable to fix minor problems related to the following: computers (monitors and CPUs), printers, tablets, web functioning (inclusive of domains), etc.
