NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Instructional Systems Project Manager to join our team in Washington, District of Columbia (US-DC), United States (US).

Position Description

This position will lead and manage a team providing high-quality and professionally produced training to both federal client law enforcement and non-law enforcement audiences. This includes ensuring that Federal Law Enforcement Training Accredited programs retain status through curriculum maintenance and selected programs achieve initial Federal Law Enforcement Training Accreditation through five-phased instructional systems design model and other FLETA standards.

This position requires experience leading teams utilizing the Kirkpatrick model as well as knowledge of FLETA requirements. Previous vetting for a federal law enforcement space is preferred.

Job Duties will include the following:

Project Management Plan

  • Develop and maintain the working document that will cite the tasks that the training developer will perform and how they will perform them.

  • Develop and maintain project schedule and cost summary.

Analysis Report

  • Document the analysis phase of instructional systems design model.

  • Detail the facts and findings of valid, reliable data that describes the applicable tasks to be trained, critical tasks, and special conditions under which the tasks might be performed.

Training Design Plan

  • Provide the rationale, instructional methodology, and standards associated with creating and /or delivering the training solution.

  • Document and develop background information, significant activities, recommendations, responsibilities, and appendices that detail expected training performance/training objectives, an instructional hierarchy/sequence of learning activities, and anticipated assessment activities.

Deliver the Training Solution

  • Produce training products in accordance with Client Curriculum Development Guidelines and the Client Courseware Development Guide.

  • Develop a task-to-objective-to-assessment item matrix.

  • Provide revision based on client mission, authorities, policies, federal law, change in operational procedures, system changes, job task changes, and revisions recommended in the evaluation phase.

  • Coordinate with Client Training and Performance Management staff throughout the project lifecycle.

Evaluate the Training Solution

  • Create the products necessary to obtain and analyze data and generate reports reflect Kirkpatrick Level I, Level II, and Level II evaluation in accordance with Client Curriculum Development Guidelines and the Client Courseware Development Guide.

  • Document bi-weekly student reactions, bi-annual and ad-hoc test-item other assessment analysis, and on the job performance change as perceived by graduates and supervisors.

  • Perform bi-weekly analysis of up to 50 respondents and bi-annual analysis of up to 600 student and supervisory responses.

  • Observe, analyze, and provide reports to document pilot training events.

Position Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in Instructional Design and Project Management

  • MA/MS degree

  • Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain DHS Suitability.
