MCOE is led by the elected Merced County Superintendent of Schools and governed by the Merced County Board of Education. Requirements / Qualifications

HS Diploma/Equivalent 4. Unofficial College Transcripts (if you have over 48 college units completed or completed an AA degree) OR Satisfactory results from a Proficiency test 5. EXPERIENCE: 1 year of experience working with students on an individual education plan (IEP) with physical or verbal challenging behaviors.

Applicants who meet both education and experience may be invited for Proficiency testing unless already compliant.
