Requirements / Qualifications

Minimum of 3-5 years of successful teaching experience with a proven record of effective instruction Proven experience in instructional coaching, mentoring, or a related leadership role is preferred Bachelor's degree in Education or Mathematics or a related field; Master's Degree preferred Valid and current California Math teaching credential(Grades 9-12); Additional certifications in coaching or educational leadership are advantageous Valid California driver's license Please send a cover letter and resume along with your completed application.

Work Year: July 1st - June 30th; 215 Days/Year Salary: $74,263 - $95,063 Master's Stipend: $1,800 Doctorate Stipend: $2,000 Benefits: Member of California State Teacher's Retirement System (STRS). SIATech contributes 19.1% of salary to STRS annually (2024-2025) Comprehensive health benefits including 4 medical plans, dental & vision Employer paid life insurance 96 hours of paid sick leave Over 7 weeks of time off annually
