Are you an experienced Instructional Designer? If you master the development of creative learning solutions that translate into corporate goals while having the opportunity to interact with different audiences to ensure the content is received and absorbed the way it was intended, then you may be the person our team needs.
The Instructional Designer will be responsible for developing creative and innovative learning solutions for Sales and Operations training programs. This role is responsible for designing an engaging and successful learning experience program from the ground up.

Perform skill gap analysis, curriculum creation, and develop and maintain annual learning plans
Work with subject matter experts to identify target audience's training needs and develop effective and measurable learning paths
Create training design materials and collateral that clearly encompass with learning objectives
Create, deliver and host engaging learning activities (online and in-person) along with compelling course content
Maintain and manage learning documentation, content library and LMS platform
Analyze and apply trends and best practices in learning technologies and learning design
Partner closely with Sales to ensure specific business needs are met and learning strategies are aligned with learning deliverables for the program
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Proficiency in Adult Learning, Education, or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience in instructional design, preferably in a fast-paced global software company or technical training roles
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and strategies for driving learner engagement and knowledge retention
Successful record of building effective learning experiences in the format of simulations, game-based and gamified learning, microlearning, just-in-time solutions, infographics and videos
Proven project and time management skills in an environment where you may be contributing to several projects simultaneously
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to quickly build strong partnerships and effectively communicate needs and challenges
Certificate in Adult Learning is an asset

Maintain a strong attention to detail and high accountability to ensure accuracy and quality of deliverables
Creative and practical thinker with proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
A keen eye for design
