Instructional Designer Intern

Vistex is looking for a self-motivate and highly driven Instructional Designer Intern. In this role, you will work with Vistex Training team in converting over existing instructor led solution application training material into online self-study courses utilizing SAP Enable Now software.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute project plan for each assigned course to ensure overall project remains on track.

• Convert technical and complex information into easily used and understandable text and graphics.

• Collaborate with Instructional Designers and Trainers to develop script for online learning eLearning courses.

• Develop training materials (exercises, presenter decks, simulation, quizzes, and other supporting materials) for online self-paced courses utilizing department templates and guidelines in SAP Enable Now.

• Apply sound project management and instructional design principles to motivates participants as they take self-paced, eLearning courses.

• Complete related duties as assigned by Director, Learning and Development, and Instructional Design Manager.

Currently enrolled in a under graduate degree program

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.

Strong listening skills, attention to detail, and decision-making skills.

Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Demonstrated effective time-management and prioritization skills.

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.

Ability to learn new software and processes quickly.

Experience with eLearning tools and documentation software to develop and enhance training courses a plus.

Experience in writing instructional text and audio/video scripts a plus.
