At least 1 year relevant experience Telesales / call center content preferred Conduct needs analysis and other research to gather information, validate training needs, and identify learning objectives Determine the proper blend of instructor-led and web- based training (WBT) to be used in a given solution Evaluate the effectiveness of training and additional training material by developing and implementing post- instruction evaluation tools and criteria, such as performance-impacting evaluation, focus groups, and classroom observations Coordinate implementation of newly developed curriculum with internal customers, training delivery, and site management.
Develop training curriculum and Train the Trainer sessions for leaders. Assure overall quality of the learning experiences to exceed customer expectations. This includes all course materials: train the trainers, tools, and other resources Escalate issues as appropriate and in a timely manner to senior L&D management as required.
