How You Will Make an Impact

  • Instructional Designer will develop comprehensive training plans for phone agents and digital specialists to meet contact center and corporate development expectations. This involves using various approaches such as new-agent orientation, just-in-time training, manuals, guides, and other instructional materials.

  • Serve as a hands-on Subject Matter Expert (SME) regarding program expectations, understanding agents' challenges, and representing the program effectively.

  • Instructional Designer will partner with various stakeholders to enhance GHW's blended learning strategies.

  • Establish best practices for training design and assist in their implementation.

  • Instructional Designer will lead the end-to-end process of updating training materials in response to business changes. This includes gathering information, gaining stakeholder approvals, and developing and delivering the final product.

  • Design and develop training material that can be quickly updated within the program's resources.

  • Instructional Designer will engage in instructional design tasks independently or collaboratively for various lines of business.

  • Conduct job-task analyses, determine instructional strategies, set measurable objectives, and design logical course structures in partnership with SME's.

What You Bring to the Table

  • 2-3 years of professional instructional design experience and training development.

  • A bachelor's degree in training, Instructional Design, Education, is a plus.

  • Proficient in Articulate 360, Captivate, Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator Premiere Pro), and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Project Management experience a plus.

  • Proven initiative, positive attitude, team-oriented, and self-motivated. Highly enthusiastic and proficient in time management, organization, planning and prioritization.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain focus on key priorities despite conflicting demands.

  • Operate in a professional office environment.

  • Constantly use work related equipment.
