What You'll Do:

The Enablement Team, also known as Training or Education, is responsible to design, develop, deliver, and manage all initiatives of DSI's Enablement Program. DSI's Enablement Program consists of multiple initiatives to increase the knowledge and skills of DSI employees, business partners, and clients about DSI software and processes.

Here's a look at some of your primary responsibilities:

  • Design, development, and execution of defined standardized product training available in three formats: Instructor Led Training (ILT), Virtual Instructor Led Training (VILT), and Self-Paced Online (SP)

  • Creation, distribution and maintenance of approved solution documents such as white papers and "tips and techniques" documents

  • Creation and execution of formal certification programs for DSI employees, business partners and clients

  • Instruction of ILT courses may be required on a quarterly basis based on enrollment and availability of other Enablement Department team members

  • Additional duties focus on administrative tasks for ILT, VILT, and SP courses including training registrations, enrollments, subscription maintenance, approval of lab environments, testing of lab submissions, configuration of lab environments, assisting students with course and lab materials as-needed, and basic reporting on training progress for individuals and organizations.

You Have:

  • Excellent communication skills to work with subject matter experts.

  • Well organized and detail-oriented.

  • Strong classroom presence and polished training/facilitation skills.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment.

  • Experience in rapid eLearning development process and tools (i.e. Articulate Presenter and Storyline, TechSmith's Camtasia, Audacity, etc.)

  • Experience with audio and video production including recording and editing

You Get:

When you join the DSI team, you'll become part of a company that's not simply out to create a productwe want to give people the tools to alter how they do business. Oh, and we want to change how people think of and use technology, too. While we're accomplishing that admittedly lofty goal, we give you a cutting-edge workspace in the heart of downtown Kansas City (with the freedom to work from home). Push yourself to grow and thrive in a casual environment that's built on collaboration with other smart, innovative people. And if you need to recharge, unwind in our breakroom with a game of pool, Xbox 360 or an old-school arcade favorite. As you help build DSI's success, you'll share in those achievements with a competitive compensation program (not to mention a robust benefits package). And because we place a high emphasis on that oft-touted work-life balance, you'll be able to work on cool tech projects in a relaxed environment that gives you the freedom to take care of the important things.
