Develop an understanding of the MMIS, the client, and the industry in order to create ongoing effective learning plans
Follows the Instructional Systems Life Cycle (ISLC) to plan, prepare, and deliver training
a. Follows the Instructional Systems Life Cycle (ISLC), described in section 2.6, to outline the planning, preparation, and delivery of the training
b. Develops Computer Based Trainings (CBTs) and obtains DCH approval
c. Manages and maintains the Learning Management System (LMS-Inquisiq) including courses, curriculum, materials, user groups and permissions
d. Develops and/or assists in the development of training session presentations to ensure the delivery of effective and accurate user training. This includes facilitator guides, PowerPoint presentations, handouts, and job aids
e. Assists with the preparation of the user training schedule
f. Participates and/or conducts user training sessions as needed for the training staff.
g. Evaluates feedback from staff on processes for use in training sessions to maintain consistency.
h. Conducts the appropriate research to identify training needs, associated processes, and policies related to the topics for which the training session is developed.
Assists in comparing training materials with the GAMMIS panels and change orders to ensure that the training materials accurately reflect the current GAMMIS panels.
j. Updates CBTs and training materials based on changes made to the GAMMIS.
k. Provides the GAMMIS updates to the Provider Relations Field Services team through the Provider Relations Field Services Publications Coordinator.
l. Assists the Provider Relations Field Services team with developing provider training materials.
m. Checks Inquisiq registration and sends Outlook meeting invites to registrants. Also assigns user names and password to all Inquisiq users.
n. Runs Change Order report on a weekly basis and distributes CO's impacting training materials to appropriate trainers based on Functional Area assignments (includes CO and CSR status/dates).
