Instructional Assistant/Educational Assistant I

Job Description:

Position will combine a part time (16.25 hour a week) Instrucitonal Assistant role and a part time (16.25 hour a week) Educational Assistant I role to total 32.5 hours a week.

Position Specific Information (if Applicable):

Responsible for fundamental enrichment instruction in designated subject area and summary of student progress. Develops and promotes good community relations among various community members and school clientele.

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Occasional lifting of up to fifty (50) pounds

• Occasional bending, squatting, sitting and kneeling

• Frequent standing

Responsibilities:

• -- Maintain appropriate classroom management.
• -- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
