Date: September 27, 2024 Position: Instructional Assistant Santa Margarita Elementary School Hours: Monday-Friday / 6hrs per day 191 days per school year (180 work days plus 11 paid holidays) Salary: Range 15 (Step D-$16.34 to Step G-$19.41) Benefits include various health, dental and vision insurance packages Vacation, Sick Leave and 11 paid holidays CalPERS Retirement Qualifications: Must pass professional aide test with 70% accuracy or completion of 48 College semester units to be No Child Left Behind (NCLB) compliant Must pass DOJ Fingerprint Clearance TB Clearance required prior to working Valid California Driver License Deadline: October 4, 2024 The Board of Trustees is committed to providing equal opportunity for all individuals in education.
