Come join our growing team! The Instructional Aide and Student Support Assistant is a classified, non-exempt position with Element Education. Under the direct supervision of the Education Specialist and the Educational Facilitator, the Instructional Aide supports and promotes the mission, vision, objectives and policies of Element Education. The Instructional Aide is primarily responsible for providing support to students with special needs.
