• Two current Professional letters of recommendation

• Transcripts for verification of AA or 48-semester units; or Passing Score of the Paraeducator test. (Test administered on site) Basic Qualifications: - High School Diploma or Equivalency.

• Associate of Arts degree or passing of the paraeducator exam.

• Some clerical experience with knowledge of computers and related programs.

• Experience specific to a preschool through age 22 in a special education setting is preferred.

• Specialized certification related to supporting student(s) and program(s) needs (i.e. EMT, CNA, Etc.) preferred.

• Clean and clear driving record and valid California Driver's License.

Comments and Other Information

• Note: Specialized licensing may count towards years of experience given. $2600 annual stipend for ESN aides that work more than .75 FTE with students in ESN classroom.
