The Institutional Shrink Analyst supports Old Navy Global's Institutional Shrink and Reporting team through various tactics that achieve maximal shrink reduction and improvements in gross variance. This role supports the Institutional Shrink & Reporting Manager by supporting initiatives that include (but are not limited to): Institutional Shrink Count Support, Total Loss, Fraud (including MRC's), Gift Card Devaluations, Reporting and Special Projects. The role requires the ability to identify, resolve, and communicate issues and action items to the appropriate Field, Loss Prevention, Operations, and Inventory Control business partners. The IS Analyst position is designed to be a capacity multiplier for the team supporting the Institutional Shrink, Reporting & Brand LP strategies.
Supports team strategy based on business trends and operational projects being driven by Old Navy and within the IS Team.
Creates robust business reviews of project work articulating learnings and next steps to inform key business partners and influence future risk mitigation opportunities.
Supports Old Navy's Total Loss evolution and efforts.
Utilization of Old Navy Digital Reporting and KSI reporting to identify operational and fraud related issues in Old Navy. Including identification, confirmation, and devaluation of fraudulent Gift Card purchases and MRC transactions for Old Navy Global.
Supports deployment and change management of Self-Scan Inventory initiative.
Supports shipment, product pullback, and store to store stock transfer processes as well as inventory count reconciliation research for Old Navy Global.
Pull, compile and provide necessary raw data (reporting) for LP Reporting Analyst and support ad-hoc reporting requests from field business partners.

3 years of Loss Prevention experience required
Ability to effectively communicate with business partners via, phone, e-mail, and presentations
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to run reports and enter data utilizing existing interfaces, queries and reporting systems.
Highly organized and detail oriented, able to multi-task in a fast-paced business environment
Demonstrated time management and ability to prioritize and multi-task high priority work with little to no direct supervision
