Institutional Advancement Assistant (202426)

Position: Responsibilities include maintenance of the donor and alumni database, preparation of donor and alumni letters, pledge reminders, and foundation board documents, coordinate donor and scholarship files, answer alumni and donor phone calls and inquiries. This position serves as an integral member of the Institutional Advancement Office including grants.

Minimum Qualifications:

Associate degree and three years of relevant experience preferred. Must be able to work independently and be proficient with Microsoft Office software suite. Previous non-profit experience and the ability to communicate in multiple languages is helpful.
