Competitive Pay: Steady job flow with commission; training and service pa You will be responsible for the accurate and professional installation of all Bath Fitter products at the job site according to Bath Fitter procedures and to the customer's complete satisfaction. Typical tasks include:
Adhere to all Bath Fitter standards, policies and procedures for installations, and follow all safety procedures and protocols
Maintain a pleasant and professional attitude when dealing with customers; respect their property and leave the work area clean
Inform customers about the functionality, care and upkeep of their new installations
Accurately complete and submit all necessary paperwork and photos, typically using company iPad
Take inventory of the installation vehicle and keep it stocked with all necessary tools and job components
Attendance and punctuality is required High school diploma, general education degree (GED) or equivalent education
2+ years of carpentry, trim carpentry, construction, or in-home renovation experience with the ability to take accurate measurements using tape measure, level and combination square
Valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record
Basic plumbing knowledge preferre
Ability to use power tools (drill, jigsaw, etc.)
Ability to perform physical labor, including but not limited to lifting and moving heavy objects multiple times a day Positive attitude and ability to communicate well with customers and colleagues
