Position Description

The Installed Sales Product Associate (ISPA) is responsible for pulling and staging all product needed for installed sales projects. This includes reviewing the order and preparing orders, checking status with vendors, and responding to daily action items.

Job Requirements

Requires morning, afternoon and evening availability any day of the week. Physical ability to move large, bulky and/or heavy merchandise. Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties.

Minimum Qualifications

Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction).

Preferred Qualifications
6 months experience communicating with vendors or customers regarding returns, payments, or contract fulfillment.
6 months experience in an administrative role processing and filing paperwork including invoices.
6 months experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.

As a Product Manager you'll work with customers and subject matter experts to identify customer needs. You will partner with design, data analytics and science teams to test and validate product concepts in the market. You'll partner with engineering to gather requirements, create specs, and partner in developing product. And finally you will work with the sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market materials and ensure that the product is successful in the market. Climate is hiring a Product Manager for our Commercial Enablement team. This role will need to partner closely with Climate's marketing, supply chain, operations, finance and support teams to create a world class account creation, account management, and purchase experience. Climate's global presence means that the Product Manager will have work to gather requirements across all of our major geographies (including Brazil, Canada, and the EU) to ensure that customers (both dealers and farmers) in all geographies have a seamless purchase experience. The attributes of the role are listed below: * Inform your product's vision and strategy through deep customer research, operational data, and empathy * Use your strong business judgement and technical knowledge to inform an understanding of what is technically possible, and strategically critical to success * Build lightweight prototypes and mockups to define product requirements * Execute on your vision by defining clear milestones and deliverables, and partnering with engineering, design and operations teams to ensure your vision becomes reality * Clearly communicate your product vision, requirements and features across teams and throughout the organization Basic Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, info sys or business or equivalent experience * 3+ years experience managing software products at a leading technology company preferably with cloud experience * 2+ years experience with a purchase experience or Order-To-Cash (OTC) / Payments workflows * Previous experience using metrics / data driven product development methodologies Preferred Qualifications: * Excellent Product / UX intuition - adaptability across all phases of product (or project) cycle from concept to launch * Ability to stay focused and execute in a fast paced environment with lots of change, and identify problems and solutions on your own. * An appreciation of the importance of data privacy * Partners with design to create simple, intuitive interfaces and products that users love * Technical interest and aptitude that enables you to partner closely with our engineers.
