Position Description The Installed Sales Product Associate (ISPA) is responsible for pulling and staging all product needed for installed sales projects. This includes reviewing the order and preparing orders, checking status with vendors, and responding to daily action items.

Job Requirements Requires morning, afternoon and evening availability any day of the week. Physical ability to move large, bulky and/or heavy merchandise. Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties. Minimum Qualifications Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction). Preferred Qualifications 6 months experience communicating with vendors or customers regarding returns, payments, or contract fulfillment. 6 months experience in an administrative role processing and filing paperwork including invoices. 6 months experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.

The Product Owner provides technical insight into the product process at CentralSquare, creating and documenting the requirements for a variety of software products. This role works closely with the product managers to understand strategic product requirements, and translate those requirements into a set of user stories and/or specifications. The Product Owner will work closely with not only Product Management, but our Architects/Engineers, and UX Design team to accomplish the goals. The Product Owner may also sometimes work with vendors, clients and third parties to understand, define and document the scope of the product and/or feature. The Product Owner will assist the product managers in the deployment of new products. The role requires the ability to interface with every corporate department, existing customers, prospective customers, business partners and market and industry analysts. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Works independently and interdependently with colleagues and clients on multiple concurrent projects to gather and analyze business requirements, interpret needs, and document functional and technical requirements. Works with engineering to elaborate requirements, design and user interface concepts. Interacts with product managers, design, engineering, QA, and documentation teams to ensure that designs and completed product features meet customer expectations and market demands as established in operational scenario and requirements documentation. Works proactively to facilitate and negotiate with customers to achieve consensus on objectives, problem definition, and solution requirements. Develops and maintains an expert understanding of CentralSquare products and other complementary technology. Develops and manages various types of documents that will guide product development and delivery. Assists with the preparation and execution of user-conferences, trade shows, and sales demos. Attends industry meetings and participate in public safety association activities. Ability to continually pass background check requirements for working on and connecting to public safety information systems. Other responsibilities as required. Skills/Requirements QUALIFICATIONS Education: Bachelors' degree in Business or technical field, Computer Science related field or equivalent experience. Specialized knowledge: Knowledge of product management methodology and processes. Computer skills: Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, and Analytics. Experience (years and type): 2 years as a Product Owner or software design experience. Experience working within a product development process. Experience in the public safety a plus. Competencies: The Product Owner must possess excellent communication and writing skills, a rich blend of business and technical savvy, with the ability to manage numerous tactical priorities effectively at any given time Solid grasp on Cloud Computing concepts such as multi-tenancy, automation, CloudOps/DevOps, business motivations for Cloud Specific experience with AWS Cloud Platform highly desirable Sungard Public Sector Wilmington NC
