JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Receive sales orders for customer equipment installations

  • Make contact with customers to review configuration and verify orders for accuracy

  • Work with customer to reach consensus on an installation date

  • Coordinate installations by dispatching selected qualified installers

  • Monitor customers' back office equipment to coincide with equipment installation

  • Utilize MANMAN (Omar) to update shipment and installation dates to meet customer requirements

  • Prepare all documents for allocated departments

  • Monitor the order to ensure product is available and will ship to meet the scheduled installation

  • Work closely with a variety of contracted third party companies to coordinate all aspects of the POS system implementation

  • Maintain constant communication between inter-departmental personnel and customer before, during, and after installation.

  • Solve installation issues immediately or escalate them to the correct department

  • Maintain files for every installation and international shipment performed

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience.

  • Working knowledge of MANMAN and Clarify systems preferred

  • High degree of organizational skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Strong decision making skills

Job Summary: The Statistical Reporting Manager is responsible for overseeing all Stat. Reporting operations, including internal and external reporting. This role will be a catalyst for transformation within the Stat. Reporting Department, helping to evolve and build operational efficiencies. In this role, the candidate will manage the Stat reporting team responsible for complying with the regulatory state and agency requirements. Duties and Responsibilities: * Responsible for protecting the company from fines, fees and assessments by reporting to external agencies accurately and on time. * Comply with regulatory reporting requirements and aggressively negotiate reduced reporting requirements or exemptions when possible. * Responsible for controlling budget and department expenses and for building cost effective measures where needed. * Provide leadership, vision and training to the department personnel. * Monitor reporting requirements via the tracking software to ensure requirements are met by required due dates. * Monitor reporting errors from external agencies and report results to Statistical Reporting Department Director. * Actively pursue and resolve technical issues with the IT team. Effectively manage and build professional relationships with IT counterparts; take an active role in building workflows for technical solutions in partnership with IT. * Calculate monthly dividend accrual and report to Finance during monthly closing schedule. * Assist with data calls, dividend administration, and coding changes to improve reporting. * Meet with department team members regularly to discuss updates to rate tables, new reporting bulletins, corporate projects that may impact reporting, and outstanding responses to external agencies. * Continually assess the effectiveness of departmental functioning including the people, processes and technologies needed to achieve department and corporate goals and objectives. * Abide by "The Responsibilities Common to all Executives and Supervisors." * Responsible for ensuring that staff members comply with the provisions of Statement of Business Ethics and Business Practice and appropriate monitoring of staff activities to identify potential violations. * Perform other duties as assigned. Education: * Bachelor's degree preferably with business concentration or equivalent business experience Experience: * 5+ years in property/casualty environment * Solid knowledge of insurance operations including Claims, Actuarial and Underwriting Communication: * Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills. * Frequent communications with external agencies including insurance departments, statistical bureaus and federal agencies. * Internal communication with all levels within the company. Skills: * Ability to manage, extract, analyze, and prepare reports on financial data. * Strong problem solving skills. * Highly organized to keep staff on track to meet department goals. * Effective planner to meet reporting deadlines. * Excellent PC and spreadsheet skills to manage varying technical methods of reporting. * Ability to clearly articulate vision and necessary outcomes. * Ability to meet and contend with daily deadlines.
