Receive sales orders for customer equipment installations
Make contact with customers to review configuration and verify orders for accuracy
Work with customer to reach consensus on an installation date
Coordinate installations by dispatching selected qualified installers
Monitor customers' back office equipment to coincide with equipment installation
Utilize MANMAN (Omar) to update shipment and installation dates to meet customer requirements
Prepare all documents for allocated departments
Monitor the order to ensure product is available and will ship to meet the scheduled installation
Work closely with a variety of contracted third party companies to coordinate all aspects of the POS system implementation
Maintain constant communication between inter-departmental personnel and customer before, during, and after installation.
Solve installation issues immediately or escalate them to the correct department
Maintain files for every installation and international shipment performed
Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
Working knowledge of MANMAN and Clarify systems preferred
High degree of organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong decision making skills
