Installation Trainer job duties:

• Ensure well-planned, properly scheduled, and seamlessly coordinated training activities.
• Collaborate with installation teams to ensure timely completion of installations and provide support in cases of staffing shortages.
• Assist installers in attaining installation objectives by providing feedback thorough jobsite review checklists.
• Assist the warehouse team with order processing and product retrieval for installations.
• As a leader, Installation Trainer is responsible for driving a safety-minded culture and ensuring a safe work environment.

Requirements of an Installation Trainer:

• 3+ years of experience in bath & shower remodeling. 
• Required to have previous acrylic installation experience.
• Experience with carpentry, demolition, tile work, remodeling, framing or plumbing required.
• Leadership experience to provide training to various installation crews.  
• Able to effectively relate and communicate with all levels of employees
• Must be dependable - must demonstrate thorough follow-up and responsiveness
• Open to travel as needed across various Jacuzzi Bath Remodel locations in the United States.
