Responsible for performing installation, repair and service of ZB surgical equipment within the assigned region and designated accounts. This position will drive service growth through communication and in-person interactions with current and prospective customers regarding Zimmer Biomet Surgical products. Educates appropriate HCP personnel as to the proper maintenance of surgical equipment, non-clinical functionality and updates, changes to product portfolio, and educational programs. Support the sales team through training of appropriate HCPs, service and support of surgical capital equipment and consumables.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Provide service support within assigned facility to include educating HCPs on safe, proper care and handling of devices, and ensuring that equipment is in good operating condition and products are available.
Build strong relationships with key HCPs in the given area.
Utilize this process to further develop strong clinical and product knowledge critical to future sales and service growth.
Provide onsite support for daily service and repair needs, knowledgeable about trouble-shooting, status of repairs and determine if rush service of equipment or if loaner equipment is required.
Close coordination with sales and operations
Work collaboratively with area sales leader, sales representatives, clinical and service teams to build, implement and execute a sales plan for the assigned area.
Strictly adheres to all laws and Zimmer policies and SOPs regarding the interaction with HCP's (Health Care Professionals), product handling and complaints, expense reporting, sales activities and training.
Expected Areas of Competence

Willing and capable of carrying weights up to 50 pounds, independently
Up to 95% predominantly by car, depending on territory.
Up to 10 % overnight travel may be required
