Our process is simple and rewarding. As an Installation Technician, you will arrive at the customer's home to install their already purchased security system. During this consultation, you will work with the customer to design and install their personalized ADT Security System.

Finance - Utilizes resources to deliver quality care in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner. Growth - Supports patient/family plan of care to achieve optimal transition and progression toward discharge for patient/family. People - Participates as a member of the health care team in a professional manner according to the Standards of Excellence promoting a positive work environment. Quality-Provides optimal care to patients' and family which is collaborative, evidence based and meets national/facility standards to achieve the best possible outcome. Service - Cares for patient/family according to the Sutter Difference standards and activities ensuring the best patient/family experience. MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS Education: High school diploma, GED or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. BLS-HCP; Certification in specialty area required for some positions. Knowledge: Must have demonstrated knowledge of effective English written and communication, basic computer proficiency and basic dysrhythmia knowledge for specialty tech in critical care area or telemetry monitoring area. Experience: Current nurses assistant experience or outside agency experience in providing care to the specialty population of patients served in the respective area. ED Technician experience or equivalent preferred. Skills: Under the direction of RN/LVN, manages multiple demands in an ever-changing environment.
