Overview
Champion Window - Installation Sales Representative
As the Installation Sales Representative, you will be consulting with installation crews on the quality of work of on-going and/or recently completed installations for window, door, sunroom, and siding installations. Also, will heavily customer face and engage with customers to upsell other products using our sales process. You will perpetuate potential new customers during inspections and engage with neighbors to generate new sales opportunities.
Responsibilities
Visit installation sites to inspect crews / quality of work to ensure that products are installed to company standards.
Inspects job sites for a safe and clean working environment.
Engage with customers to ensure job satisfaction & upselling other products.
Conduct in-home sales presentations by building trust and educating customers.
Identify customer needs / wants and utilize Champion's proven sales presentation.
Negotiate and close the sale.
Engaging with homeowners in local neighborhoods where Champion has on-going and/or recently completed home-improvement projects.
Measures for products at customer homes
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED; Associate's or higher degree a plus
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Ability to pass drug screen and criminal check
Adaptively build rapport with potential customers on a case-by-case basis
Quick decision-making and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Strong mathematical skills and ability to accurately measure all products
Sales & construction/skilled labor experience is a plus (particularly in-home sales)
