Schedule: Normal business hours 8AM - 430PM with rotating Saturday availability

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Installation Manager to lead our installation coordinator team. This position involves overseeing a team of 5-7 coordinators, improving operational systems and processes, and leveraging key performance indicators to drive performance and profitability. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our services exceeds our customers' expectations. You will measure and manage daily workflows for your team members, monitoring and improving the efficiency of the internal Operations Department.

Job Responsibilities

• Set direction, train, and coach a team of 5-7 installation coordinators.

• Ensure that all installation operations are conducted in an appropriate and cost-effective manner.

• Improve operational systems, processes, and best practices to streamline installation procedures.

• Examine key performance indicators and use them to enhance efficiency and profitability.

• Collaborate with the sales and field teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Monitor project timelines and ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

• Oversee quality control processes to maintain the highest standards of workmanship.

• Address and resolve any installation-related issues promptly.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all installations.

• Work with vendors and suppliers to optimize product delivery and availability.

• Stay current on industry trends and best practices.
