Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Install Manager to oversee gutter and roofing projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing installation teams, ensuring project quality, and driving operational efficiency. Strong leadership skills, recruiting experience, CRM knowledge, and the ability to manage payment collections are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead and oversee gutter and roofing installation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.

• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage installation crews, fostering a productive and positive team environment.

• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, adherence to specifications, and compliance with safety standards.

• Customer Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the installation process, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.

• Operational Efficiency: Implement best practices and streamline processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

• CRM Management: Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage project schedules, track client interactions, and maintain accurate records.

• Payment Collection: Oversee the collection of payments from clients, ensure timely invoicing, and follow up on overdue payments.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a project management role within the construction or home improvement industry, specifically with gutters and roofing.

• Recruiting: Proven experience in recruiting, hiring, and managing installation teams.

• CRM Proficiency: Strong knowledge of CRM systems and the ability to effectively utilize them for project and client management.

• Payment Collection: Experience in handling payment collections, including invoicing, tracking, and follow-up on outstanding payments.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.

• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.

• Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
