Position Summary:

An ADT Service & Installation Team Manager will be responsible for the assignment and coordination of people and materials necessary for the prompt and complete installation and service of all jobs within an assigned territory.

  • Responsible for planning, implementing and managing the activities of the Installation and Service work force for a designated district. Key liaison between District service work force and Corporate Service

  • Plans, implements and manages the activities of the service work force and ensures familiarity and training of product installation and service skills.

  • Formulates a sound business plan to provide cost efficient service for targeted sales growth in accordance with established plan and market share targets.

  • Works with General Manager to meet profitability goals

  • Conducts meetings on a monthly/quarterly basis.

  • Communicates current installation and service policies and procedures, techniques, demonstration of equipment, new products and services, sales promotions and area advertising.

  • Assists sales force by developing low installation costs and suggesting proper and varied applications of systems.

  • Serves as the primary contact for the district installation and service work force to provide input and feedback related to Corporate Installation and Service.

  • Ensures consistency of field installation and service activities.

  • Establishes and maintains a high level of quality and timely installation/service to customers for maximum retention.

  • Develops and maintains an effective installation/service work force through recruiting, hiring, training, motivating and coaching techniques.

  • Tracks and records daily/monthly/quarterly installation/service activity to include individual installers' efforts and results.

Education:

  • Associate degree or equivalent related experience.

Experience:

  • 3 to 5 years related industry experience with a high volume, high impact operation. Experience calculating economic impact or offerings on a customers' business; experience building value cases for customers

  • Background should include the ability to successfully handle multiple challenges, prioritize responsibilities, and effectively lead a team.

Skills:

  • Solid business skills.

  • Must be conceptually oriented with the ability to think and act strategically.

  • Proven management skills with the ability to train, develop, and motivate.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills in a Microsoft Windows.

VIEW JOBS 2/19/2020 12:00:00 AM 2020-05-19T00:00 Classification Title: Clinical Case Manager I Job Description: The Clinical Case Manager I described herein function as a member of a multidisciplinary team (headquartered in Lake City, Florida) organized to provide and coordinate services for victims of child abuse and neglect and their families. This position will travel to outlying counties to provide CPT (Child Protection Team) services in rural communities. – Interviews children, family members, and significant others (as needed) to obtain medical and psychosocial information. Follows child through the process of intake, interview, medical exams, and follow up. Present with medical personnel for clinic and hospital visits. Arranges and conducts team staffing and participates in the development of recommendations. Hosts, organizes, leads, and summarize staffing. Coordinates client services and referrals to community agencies. – Completes assessments and sends reports to the protective investigators within the time frames consistent with the program requirements and best practice. Maintains client records consistent with program requirements. All division performance measures set by the Assistant Director and must be met. – Participates in "on-call" rotation including nights, weekends and holidays. Provide direct services and completes intakes and case notes during on-call. All designated paperwork and other requirements are completed during the on-call shift. – Travels to 12-county catchment area to attend court proceedings, conduct training for community partners, and provide CPT services as assigned by Team Coordinator. {Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.} Expected Salary: $40,000 - $45,000 annually; commensurate within this range based on qualifications and experience. Minimum Requirements: Master's degree in an appropriate area; or a bachelor's degree in an appropriate area and two years of relevant experience. Preferred Qualifications: Education & Training: * BA or MA degree of psychology, social work, nursing, or another behavioral science. * Completion/certification in APSAC Forensic Interviewing training within one (1) year of employment (required) * Completion of VOCA Victim Advocate designation training within one (1) year of employment. Experience: * At least two (2) years of experience working with children and families (required) with one (1) year of that experience involving work with abused and neglected children. Knowledge: * Familiar with the Florida Child Welfare system. Skills: * Ability to type 35 CWM. * Ability to pass PC skills test. * Ability to use critical thinking to prioritize daily task and duties to ensure the needs of community partners and families in crisis are met. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Ability to navigate multiple job specific databases. * Possess college-level writing skills. * Ability to to multi-task. Abilities: * Ability to perform under stress when confronted with emergency, critical, or unusual situations. * Ability to deal with periodic pressures and levels of responsibility. * Ability to make independent judgments without supervision. * Ability to make generalizations, evaluations, or decisions based on sensory or judgmental criteria. * Ability to work with people beyond giving and receiving instructions. Other Qualifications: * Adaptability to perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another of a different nature without loss of efficiency or composure.
