We are re-introducing an inspector on the buses engaging in with our customers and supporting our drivers out on the network, mainly in the Newcastle, Sunderland and South Shields areas.

And how will you do that we hear you ask…

• Using your amazing interpersonal attributes and eye for detail you'll be responsible for monitoring compliance out on the road and reporting findings back to the company

• You will be ensuring our passengers have the correct tickets and passes for their journeys

• You will also have the opportunity to work with our partners and assist in driving forward a number of initiatives, including safer transport

• You'll be out on the network engaging with our customers and drivers, so if you are people focused this will be great role for you

What we do need is a passion for people, and proven organisational experience. Strong communication skills are a must - you'll be developing interpersonal relationships both internally and externally, and will need to be able to engage with everyone.
