Inspection Services Group, based in Carmel, Indiana, is a national provider of home warranty products and inspector-centric software and services including its innovative 90-day warranty product. The company distributes solutions through a network of real estate agents and more than 1,000 home inspectors.

What You Will Do As A Inspection Call Center Representative

The Inspection Call Center Representative Handles a large volume of in-bound and out-bound on a multi-line platform with scheduling as the primary function. The person in this position will be committed to consulting with inspectors, buyers, sellers, agents, and other real estate parties to resolve problems and provide ongoing support.

  • Commitment to understanding ISG policies, procedures, products, and services.

  • Handle a large volume of in-bound and out-bound on a multi-line platform.

  • Answer customers' questions about products, pricing availability, and additional ancillary services.

  • Recommend products to customers based on their home purchase needs.

  • Consult with inspectors, buyers, sellers, their agents, and other real estate parties to resolve problems and provide ongoing support.

  • Refer customers to appropriate personnel.

  • Execute sales and take credit card payments.

  • Plan, coordinate, and schedule inspections through scheduling software.

  • Maintaining and updating scheduling software, calendars, and agendas.

  • Provide efficient and accurate communication to clientele through proprietary software.

  • Provide Excellent Customer Service in a timely manner answering 75 + calls per day.

  • Recommend and up-sell the products and services through warranty guarantees as needed.

What You Will Bring As A Inspection Call Center Representative

  • Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Reliable Transportation

  • A passion for helping others.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including effective listening skills.

  • Aptitude to learn and understand technical terminology.

  • Data entry experience preferred.

  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced team and goal-oriented environment.

  • Ability to understand and follow multiple complex processes, stay organized, and focused on details.

  • Calendar and scheduling experience preferred.

  • Strong problem-solving capability.

  • Call center and customer service preferred.

Pay Range*: $16.97 - $22.60 Hourly
