Insights Supervisor have their pulse on audience behaviors and provide our clients and internal strategy teams with valuable insights to shape and optimize our campaigns. The role requires research and analytical skills, an understanding of the social media landscape, ability to create Boolean queries, and the marketing chops to distill data and conversations into actionable recommendations. The Insights Supervisor monitors online conversations about our clients for threats, tracks online campaign engagement, develops hypotheses about audience behavior, builds test and learn plans, assists in paid media buys and audience segmentation, participates in creative brainstorms and delivers reports and recommendations to clients.
YOUR ROLE: Insights Supervisor

Responsible for building audience segments within social media ad platforms, establishing key performance metrics for initiatives, conducting research on how consumers are talking about relevant topics, helping conduct A/B test and learn plans, assisting in launching paid social media campaigns, and providing ongoing metrics tracking and optimization recommendations
Develops platform specialization and provide informed strategic recommendations, leveraging online pulse to develop insights that drive program and messaging ideation
Demonstrates an understanding of client campaigns and associated goals; works closely with Account and Creative to ensure that everything we do is rooted in data
