Job Description
Are you skilled at using multiple data sources to build complex models that create views of consumer behavior to power data-based decision-making for LEGO Education´s US Sales Organization?
Support the LEGO Education US Sales team with I&A (Insights & Analytics) to ensure relevant data points are part of everything LEGO does.
NOTE: This position is within our hybrid work model (In he office 3 days a week)
Core Responsibilities
Analyze LEGO Education Performance to help steer the business on Strategic & Tactical Decisions
Partner with other areas of the business (e.g., Marketing, Finance, CRM Team, etc.) to model the outcome of implementing potential business strategies.
Act as a trusted and close sparring partner for the GM of LEGO Education US
Play active part in US Leadership team meetings, proactively providing insights for the business to consider and set direction after
Identifying and analyzing industry/geographic trends and competitor market strategies and monitoring current/potential customer trends
Play your part in our team succeeding
This role helps add a story to the performance of LEGO Education US by helping to pull the US perspective together. It will support the business by bringing valuable insights to the table and look for ways to drive demand across the sales channels. You will find ways to sharpen insights to the organization and partner heavily with the full I&A team to bring new tools to the business.
Do you have what it takes
Masters on Business Intelligence, Analytics or similar background.
3 - 5 year experience in Analyst type roles, having proven strong business partnership with Senior leaders. Can also come from a consultancy background or similar data focused roles
Experience working with PowerBI or similar data visualization tools along with data querying languages (e.g. SQL), scripting languages (e.g. Python), and/or statistical/mathematical software.
Experience with Senior leaderships and ability to navigate tight time pressures with limited mentorship.
Used to working collaboratively across a distributed team.
Experience within the US educational sector would be a strong advantage.
