Insight Implementation Specialist, North America

Job Overview:

Hybrid schedule requires 3 days per week in the Glen Mills, Pennsylvania office.

The Axalta Insights Implementation Specialist is responsible for managing the customer reporting platform. They work closely with sales operations, customers, and distribution partners to promote and implement KPIs, performance metrics and insights. This position requires strong technical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage integrations with external data sources and providers.

• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new systems or updates.

• Oversee daily operations of customer reporting platform.

• Collaborate closely with regional sales teams, customers, and distributors to drive Insight adoption and usage.

• Use reporting tools to identify improvement areas and gather customer feedback for site enhancements.

• Manage and coordinate communications regarding new feature releases.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of eCommerce business and its processes.

• Knowledge in finance and accounting principles, including financial statements, financial ratios, and industry-specific KPIs.

• Excellent data analysis.

• Experience with visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau
