Inside Security Sales

Job Summary:

Join Strada Services, a leader in the security and low voltage industry, as an Inside Sales Representative. You will drive sales for our innovative security and low voltage solutions, playing a key role in our growth and the safety of our clients.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Generate new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.

• Understand customer needs to propose suitable security and low voltage solutions.

• Conduct product demonstrations via web conferencing tools.

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

• Stay updated on industry trends and product offerings.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.

• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to work well in a team environment.

• Strong understanding of security and low voltage systems preferred.

Education and Experience:

• Proven experience in inside sales, ideally in the security or low voltage industry.

• High school diploma required, bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
