Fenix Parts is one of the nations leading recyclers and resellers of original equipment manufacturer (OEM) automotive products. The Fenix companies have been in business more than 25 years and currently operate from 30+ locations throughout the U.S. Our primary business is auto recycling, which is the recovery and resale of OEM parts, components and systems.

Due to the rapid growth of our market, we're searching for experienced automotive parts wholesale professionals who enjoy hunting for new customers and securing long-term relationships. Duties will be a mix of prospecting and inside sales, from locking in the customer to sealing the deal and creating repeat business.

Position Overview:

  • Monday - Friday, day shift.

  • Our sales team operates from our Haltom City location (Fort Worth/HWY 121 Area).

  • Strong business development focus where sales professionals with hunter-like mentality succeed.

  • You will be generating revenue by selling recycled OEM automotive parts and related services to wholesale and retail customers.

  • Developing relationships with new and existing customers to supply them with the parts that they need to keep their vehicles and businesses running.

  • Efficient and progressive prospecting and developing relationships with potential customers to ensure the creation of new business.

  • Processing and reviewing of orders to ensure correct handling, pricing and shipping info.

  • Coordinates with other departments to ensure our customers are supplied with the right parts delivered on time.

This is a fully commissioned position with a comprehensive onboarding program that will allow you to develop your customer base and grow your sales. Here's what our sales representatives are currently earning in this region:

  • Our current sales representatives earn from $79,060 to $177,008 in yearly commissions.

  • The average hourly equivalent is from $38.01 to $85.10 per hour when factored over the course of 12 months.

  • Our reps currently average $124,320 in yearly commissions.

  • The average hourly equivalent is $59.77 per hour.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2+ years of commissioned, wholesale sales experience with a track record of reaching and exceeding sales targets.

  • Self-motivated, goal driven, hunter mentality.

  • Strong experience relating to business development, searching for and closing new customers.

  • Professional sales aptitude with a strong understanding of sales, closing and prospecting techniques.

  • Exceptional communication skills.

  • Automotive parts knowledge preferred.

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required.
