Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative

Job Description We are seeking an Inside Sales/Customer Service professional for our client located in Thomson, GA This individual will be responsible for maintaining customer relationships while driving account profitability. Direct Hire Opportunity Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 annually, plus bonus opportunities. Shift: M-F 8am-5pm, fully onsite Benefits: Medical Dental Vision Life Insurance Disability Insurance PTO and sick time Growth Development Program Responsibilities: Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their needs and ensuring high satisfaction. Manage order fulfillment, including quoting, sampling, order entry, expediting, logistics, and problem resolution. De-escalate problem situations and relay customer needs to the sales/production team. Consistently prospect and develop new accounts through research, cold calling, lead management, and quoting. Generate new business and share information with potential clients. Develop and maintain relationships to drive sales and profitability. Plan for customer orders using forecasting and regular contact with customers. Ensure effective communication and coordination of customer activities. Work cooperatively within a team structure. Requirements: High School Diploma required. Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required. At least 2 years of applicable customer service experience. Manufacturing or supply environment is a plus. Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written. Strong administrative abilities with attention to detail and excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills. Motivated and well-organized.
