Inside Sales/Administrative Support

Job Description Job Description Join a dynamic team as an Inside Sales Representative where you'll handle essential customer service tasks and provide support to Production, Shipping and Receiving departments. Be a key player in ensuring smooth operations and excellent service RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answer phone and direct inquiries to the personnel Greet walk-in customers and keep reception area clean and tidy Respond to inquiries on orders, scheduled ship dates, shipping methods Coordinate expedited requests with production team Process and follow up on customer quotes Enter orders for OEM's, samples, and special requests Create and update customer accounts in SAGE, including addresses, contacts, and specific communication Generate approved credit and discount invoices Generate customer reports as needed REQUIREMENTS: Proficiency in general computer skills Strong organizational skills Ability to work well with others in a fast moving environment Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks Excellent attention to detail and communication skills with external and internal customers Capability to handle pressure situations and meet deadlines Ability to complete work as assigned with minimal supervision Quick thinking and problem-solving skills PAY RATE: $20-$23/HR Monday
