The Inside Sales Support Specialist will be a critical part of the Bids Department.
In this role you will be responsible to will provide support to the commercial and municipal delivered business. We offer a flexible work environment. This means working up to 2 days a week remotely and the rest of the time in the office.

Handle customer inquiries and problem-solving to resolution
Provides data entry support through multiple internal systems
Maintain and update various databases and computer files
Ensure that all automated billing activity has been successfully processed
Research and analyze receivable discrepancies and provide timely communication to resolve issues
Provide excellent customer service to external parties
Provide reporting to management regarding account sales activity
Support salespersons' needs, following through on inquires and providing best possible solutions
Provide support to the Sales team such as preparing and maintaining reports
Prepare and deliver customer daily pricing for the entire sales team
Prepare and deliver future term pricing deals for the entire sales team
Organize and administer customer set up process for new and existing customers
Prepare and delivery credit applications to credit department for proper commercial account set up
Serve as a back up to the P/L Analyst

QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years experience in similar field preferred.
Minimum 1 year experience in customer service.
Working knowledge of Word and Excel
Knowledge of energy markets is a plus.
You possess effective communicative skills, both written and verbal, and have acute attention to details and accuracy.
You are highly organized and possess proven problem-solving skills.
You can juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced work environment and have the ability to multitask.
You are resourceful and take the initiative to meet goals and objectives.
You possess the ability to collect, analyze and share competitive information.
You establish and maintain effective relationships with teams across the organization.
