The Inside Sales Support Coordinator strategically schedules and effectively coordinates schedules for sales reps. This role provides administrative support to sales reps as needed, including processes, programs and activities within the department that support the achievement of the company's business goals. No supervisory responsibilities.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strategic scheduling of all leads from main calendar to individual sales staff based on required guidelines.

  • Coordinate with the Director of Sales to discuss protocol and lead assignments.

  • Primary internal point of contact for sales team for any administrative matter or task that needs to be addressed in the course of closing opportunities

  • Review and address all accounts or lists of accounts to be researched in support of the sales team.

  • Communicate with customers to clarify any questions they have regarding the proposals/quotes.

  • Email company info/PDFs as needed.

  • Prepare custom presentation packets and/or videos.

  • Manage all necessary communications between Sales Staff and Office Administration.

  • No travel is expected for this position.

  • Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Position Requirements

  • High School Diploma

  • 1 - 3 years' experience

  • Associate Degree in Business a plus

  • Excellent knowledge of computer skills and MS Office suite

  • Building and Construction - knowledge contracts involved in the construction or repair of roofs a plus

  • Good communication skills and professional personal presentation

  • Must possess problem solving approach to daily duties

  • Able to organize, plan, and coordinate multiple tasks

  • Great attention to detail and stress tolerance

  • Should be honest, respectful, and trustworthy

  • Should be flexible and possess cultural awareness

  • Must possess accuracy and attention to detail
