Inside Sales Specialist

Are you ready to make an impact in sales? Staffmark is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to join our vibrant team in Menifee, CA.

Pay Rate: $20-$25 per hour

Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming calls and provide support for national accounts

• Provide pricing and delivery information for quotations

• Enter and oversee new orders and changes in the CRT system

• Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless order processing

• Analyze order status and performance reports

• Assist in processing return material authorizations and resolving order discrepancies

• Maintain knowledge of corporate agreements, policies, and procedures

• Support Inside Sales Manager with tasks related to tariffs

• Perform additional assigned duties as required
