Overview

The Insides Sales Specialist Office 365 is responsible for successfully enabling and supporting the daily efforts of the North America Microsoft Office 365 Sales efforts ensuring that the customer acquisition and revenue growth objections are consistent and aligned to company and department policies.

Responsibilities

  • Receiving and responding to inbound sales leads and converting them to new business.

  • Coordinating sales activities with partners / consultants / distributors and resellers to identify and close new business.

  • Maximizing revenue potential with net new customers as well as penetrating existing Veeam install base.

  • Identify, drive and close new business through consultative selling methodologies.

  • Initiating telephone and email contact with potential prospects from developed web and lead generation lists; cold calling as needed.

  • Developing a solid working knowledge of Veeam Software products and the benefits they provide to potential customers.

  • Serving as Veeam Backup for Microsoft Office 365 ( VBO365 ) Sales Specialists for a geographic sales territory aligned to the Veeam Inside teams.

  • Providing support to qualified prospects and customers including follow up, product information, quotations and closures.

  • Updating and maintaining the Veeam CRM system.

  • Collaborate with Inside Sales Teams to providing forecasting and account opportunity management as needed.

  • Work with the Marketing, sales acceleration and pre- sales SE departments to coordinate sales strategy.

  • Assists management team with identifying corporate reseller sales opportunities and coming up with improvement proposals.

  • Proposes operations processes improvements that streamline and better assist with Office 365 ( O365 ) sales execution.

  • Assists with daily, weekly, and monthly generation of reports

  • Work with management to ensure operational processes & procedures are unified across regional teams to avoid confusion amongst the teams about role responsibilities and execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required (a combination of education and experience will be considered.)

  • Two - three (2 - 3) years of experience selling enterprise software (Office 365 ecosystem products or cloud / SAAS technology experience desirable).

  • Full cycle consultative selling experience selling is a must.

  • Salesforce.com ( SFDC ) Proficient, Microsoft Office Proficient.

This role reports to the Inside Sales Manager and partners with Practice Development Managers (PDMs) to provide consultation, analytics, and new product knowledge to increase CareCredit usage. Essential Responsibilities: * Conduct phone consultations to educate Providers on CC, its benefits, rates, and strategies on how to best use CC to improve their practice's financial offerings * Consult with office staff and Doctors to ensure a strong knowledge of the CareCredit program * Implement action plans for low performing practices that will result in increased usage * Partner with Field Sales Managers (PDMs) to meet goals for assigned territory * Develop long term client relationships, capitalize on opportunities, satisfy customer needs, and increase sales * Demonstrate to Providers how to use the new product knowledge to optimize their business performance * Use a consultative approach to provide value added best practices, new tools, and performance information to strengthen relationships with Providers * Respond to inbound calls generated as a result of Marketing campaigns * Deliver on Quality Assurance standards set forth by the organization Qualifications/Requirements: * Minimum of 1 year of telephone sales/field sales/collections experience and high school diploma/GED * Demonstrated ability to use various software programs Desired Characteristics: * BA or BS degree * Spanish/English fluency * Telephone Sales / Field Sales, Collections experience in the financial services or retail industries. * Professional and consultative selling skills with emphasis on influencing others to take action * Ability to work in a team * Analytical thinker with excellent presentation, organization, communication and time management skills Eligibility Requirements: * You must be 18 years or older * You must have a high school diploma or equivalent * You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the selection process * You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act. * Effective 1-1-18, new hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles.
